SEA RESCUE
Our aim; is to strive for intervening the disasters of any nature and the accidents efficiently both under and above water eventually to occur in Bodrum and its environs. Bodrum Sea Rescue was established in 1999 with the support of Milta Bodrum Marina and volunteers who specialize in sea activities. Bodrum Sea Rescue is the first sea rescue unit in Turkey. Since 2001, Bodrum Sea Rescue has been the Bodrum representative of Seamen Support Association of Turkey. The unit consists of commercial divers, diving instructors, emergency rescue medical doctors as well as captains.
The purpose of Bodrum Sea Rescue is to provide the fastest and most medically efficient response to all underwater and maritime accidents. The unit works closely with Coast Guard authorities as well as Class I Offshore powerboat races and any maritime events.
We are 34 persons. We are all proffessional scuba -divers. In our team, there are 1 paramedic, 6 doctors whom 3 of them are educated in the field of emergency intervening. We, all had first aid courses and regularly take part in drills and seminars in order to upgrade our skills and knowledge. In any case of emergency, we are able to be ready within maximum 10 minutes. Each rescue team consist of a captain, two scuba-divers and a doctor.
Rescue Equipments
2 rescue boats which are 6,5m and are capable of 45 knot speed
Universal Hospital marine ambulance, equipped to carry out emergency surgeries on board, with a medical staff comprising one doctor and nurses
“Söndüren” fire vessel with a crew of 4, belonging to Milta Bodrum Marina is capable of spraying 1600 lt water/foam per minute

YACHT CLUB
The Marina Yacht Club has been providing year-round service in Bodrum for many years now. The complex is located at the entrance to the Bodrum Marina, presenting a unique atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. The original bars and restaurants have been popular meeting places for sailors, writers, artists in fact anyone and everyone who enjoys good food and good music in a relaxed atmosphere.
Whit three restaurants and four bars which now covers a total area of 1800 m2 and caters for up to 700 diners. Service continues throughout the day starting with breakfast and ending with late night snacks. The whole of the Marina Yacht Club bears the signature of ADA. The Marina Yacht Club
